According to the type of material, there are many kinds of linings, the most commonly used ones are the following 4 types:

EVA material

EVA is divided into environmentally friendly and non-environmentally friendly, as well as anti-static EVA and fireproof EVA. EVA has many names, such as tray, EVA inner tray, EVA box, etc.

EVA lining

Regular colors include black and white. If you need other colors, you must meet the basic minimum order quantity before you can customize it.

If you customize the bottom bracket, there are two ways, one is stamping, the other is bonding, through these two methods you can create the bottom bracket effect.

EPE pearl cotton lining

Compared with EVA, EPE is more affordable. Pearl cotton linings are also divided into environmentally friendly EPE pearl cotton linings and anti-static EPE pearl cotton linings. It is called variously such as pearl cotton inner box, inner tray or tray. Common colors are white, black and red.

In terms of density, there are low-density ones and high-density ones. The commonly used densities are 18KG, and going up to 25KG, 27KG, and even higher densities, 30KG, 35KG, etc. The prices are different for different densities.

PU sponge

The materials are divided into environmentally friendly sponge linings, anti-static sponge linings and fire-resistant sponge linings. There are also other names such as sponge inner tray, sponge inner box, and sponge tray.

The colors are black, white and colored. Of course, colored parts must be customized unless there are ready-made colors.

In terms of density, there are also low density and high density. The density is divided into 13D, 15D, 18D, 22D, etc., as well as second-grade cotton and extra hard cotton.

The last lining material is blister, which has obvious advantages. It not only saves raw and auxiliary materials, is light in weight, easy to transport, and has good sealing performance, but also meets the requirements of environmentally friendly green packaging.

Many chocolate packaging boxes use blister. These linings are mainly used in the electronics and electrical appliance industries, food industry, hardware tools, cosmetics industry, toy industry, daily necessities industry, medicine, health products, etc.

When it comes to customization, you must first make grinding tools, proofing, and then mass production. The production time is basically about 10-15 days, and it will take longer if the quantity is large.
