What are the packaging carton materials?

1. Single powder paper

Single powder paper is also called single-sided coated paper (single glossy coated paper).

Two, double copper paper

Double coated paper refers to double-sided coated paper. Double-sided coated paper is a kind of coated paper, which is double-sided coated, and both sides have good smoothness. This kind of material is relatively high-end in application, and Junye packaging and printing is currently doing better.

1. Both sides of the paper are smooth, which can be used for double-sided printing, while single copper paper has only one side smooth. But the stiffness and hardness of single copper are higher than that of double copper. Moreover, the single copper is a bit yellowish, and the luster is not as obvious as that of the double copper;

2. The biggest difference from single copper paper is the possibility of double-sided printing;

Three, pit paper

Pit paper is a piece of smooth kraft paper laminated with wavy paper (collectively referred to as paper core), and is one of the important materials for paper packaging.

3. It can print in various colors, but the effect is not as good as that of single copper paper;

4. Specialty paper

Specialty paper is paper with special purpose and relatively small output. There are many types of special paper, which is a general term for various special-purpose papers or art papers.

1. There are many kinds of special paper. Here we only talk about the ones we use in our packaging materials: embossed paper, patterned paper, "condensed" pearlescent patterned paper, "star-colored" metallic patterned paper, gold paper, etc.;

2. These papers are specially treated to improve the quality of packaging;

3. Embossing and embossing can not be printed, only hot stamping on the surface, star mining, gold paper, etc. can be printed in 4 colors.

5. Cardboard

4. If it is mounted with single powder, the process is the same as that of the single powder carton. If it is mounted with special paper, most of them can only be hot stamped, and some can be simple printed, but the printing effect is not good.
